Grown by smallholder farmers in the Molino Norte region of Matagalpa, Nicaragua, this SHG/EP certified coffee offers a medium-roast profile with cocoa, floral, and citrus tones. The blend of Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties creates a well-balanced cup that’s both smooth and complex.
